Tape features aerials of flooded oil refineries, houses, factories, marshland, coastline & pollution in water; residents of Bowers Town, Louisiana visit remains of their houses; interview with family on the devastation; upturned boats along river & on road; flooded oil pipelines; damaged petrol station and flooded a children's playground.
