On October 22, 2012 four thousand people from across Canada gathered on the front lawn of the provincial legislature in Victoria, B.C. Their reason: to stand up for Indigenous rights and defend the west coast from Enbridge and Kinder Morgan tar sands pipelines and tankers, and to tell the B.C. and federal governments that our coast is not for sale.
