"Keep It in the Ground" Fossil Fuel Rally in Washington DC

Impacted community members and environmental activist allies gathered in front of the White House to call on President Obama to show climate leadership and stop selling leases to extract fossil fuels on public land. Speakers from native communities in Alaska, Arizona and Oklahoma as well as the leaders of environmental groups called for an end to oil drilling and fracking from the Arctic to the Gulf of Mexico and the Florida Everglades.
