Greenpeace Norway activists chain themselves in front of the Norwegian oil and energy ministry to protest against the awarding of new oil exploration licences in the Arctic.
This action is intended to highlight the hypocrisy of Norway - a signatory to the Paris Agreement - in continuing to hand out new oil licences in the midst of a climate crisis.
