In more than 40 German cities Greenpeace volunteers groups protest against meat of factory farming in public canteens because it causes damage to forest and climate. The activists present posters with bloody tree stumps reading: "Meat kills forests and climate". They sample signatures to ask local politicians for taking a leading role for climate protective supply in public canteens.

Gegen Billigfleisch in oeffentlichen Kantinen und die klimaschaedliche Versorgungspolitik der lokalen Verwaltung protestieren Ehrenamtliche Greenpeace in vielen Staedten bundesweit. Schilder zeigen blutige Baumstuempfe mit der Aufschrift „Fleisch killt Wald und Klima“. Damit wollen die Aktivistinnen und Aktivisten auf die katastrophalen Auswirkungen der Fleischproduktion aufmerksam machen.
