The Arctic 30 were recently transferred from Murmansk to St. Petersburg. The Arctic 30 (28 Greenpeace International activists and a freelance photographer and a freelance videographer) are currently detained by Russian authorities and have been refused bail. They are still charged with both piracy and hooliganism, which carry a maximum sentence of 15 and 7 years, respectively. No official confirmation has been given by the Russian authorities that the charge of piracy has been dropped.Locations:Eastern Europe-Europe-Russia-Saint PetersburgDate:18 Nov, 2013Credit:© Vladimir Baryshev / GreenpeaceMaximum size:4256px X 2832pxKeywords:Arctic 30 (campaign title)-Court cases-Courts-Day-Gazprom-Greenpeace activists-High angle view-KWCI (GPI)-Law-Offshore drilling-Oil (Industry)-Oil drilling-Outdoors-Prisoners-Prisons-Russian Government-Save the Arctic (campaign title)-Small group of people-Uniforms-VansShoot:'Arctic 30' in Saint PetersburgThe 'Arctic 30' (twenty-eight Greenpeace International activists, as well as a freelance photographer and a freelance videographer) are transferred to Saint Petersburg.
