Forest Crime Banner Action

Greenpeace activists deploy a banner around a logged Brasilian Nut Tree "Castanheira".
The Castanheira species is protected in Brasil since 1994, but plenty have been logged before the creation of the planned State Park for the area. Greenpeace is urgently asking the State Governor, Blairo Maggi to protect the 383,000 hectare State Park from further illegal destruction.
