Kazuhiro and Mutsumi Yoshida talk with Greenpeace staff. He took part in decontamination work after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster. Before the disaster he ran his own construction company in Kawauchi village, within the area where the government lifted their evacuation order on October 1st 2014. It was the second case of an evacuation order being lifted, following Tamura city's Miyakoji district in April 2013.
