Mediterranean Oil Spill Disaster - Demonstration in Tel Aviv

Following the oil spill disaster occurred in Israel on the 17th of February, Greenpeace Israel organizes a demonstration in Tel Aviv.
The demonstration includes a performance with activists wearing whale costumes.
The disaster washed up vast quantities of tar balls from crude oil over 170 km (106 miles), of shoreline, approximately 40% of Israel’s Mediterranean coast. Animals including birds and sea turtles were covered with tar.
