Nuclear Emergency Camp in Busan
Greenpeace activists settle in for day two of a hanging nuclear emergency camp in between the suspension cables on Busan's iconic Gwangandaegyo Bridge (also called Gwangan Daero). Greenpeace is calling for the Korean government to widen the official nuclear evacuation zone to a thirty kilometer radius.

The Greenpeace ship Rainbow Warrior is in South Korea on a 'Nuclear Emergency Tour' with the aim of demanding proper nuclear emergency plans.
During the tour, the activists carry out protests on the iconic Gwangandaegyo Bridge (also called Gwangan Daero) and at the Kori nuclear power plant, calling for nuclear energy phase out starting with the Kori 1 reactor, the oldest nuclear facility in the country.
