Sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor's ocean plastic sculpture "Plasticide" is unveiled in London. The artwork has been produced in collaboration with Greenpeace and is installed outside the National Theatre. It seeks to bring home the stark reality of plastic pollution on our oceans and marine life.

Artist Jason deCaires Taylor exhibits his latest artwork outside the National Theatre in London. The piece of work, called "Plasticide" is about the dangers of Ocean Plastics. It features Jason’s signature pH-neutral concrete sculptures and for the first time will integrate carbon-captured materials alongside recovered ocean plastics and an innovative technique never before seen in his work.
