Organic Potato Event in Amsterdam
Together with organic farming and food organisation Biologica, Greenpeace made the biggest organic mashed potatoes dish in the Netherlands. The traditional dutch food is called "Stamppot" and the team created enough portions to feed 400 people. The reason was to celebrate the two-year anniversary of the organic potatoes cycling path 'Pieperpad,' which highlights the organic potatoes farms throughout the country.
