Typhoon Yagi (Karding) in the Philippines

After typhoon Yagi (local name Karding) and monsoon rains battered Metro Manila and nearby provinces, plastic waste was spewed back inland at Manila Bay. Floods on different parts of the metro also brought plastic waste to the streets and alleyways.
