Radik Gabdullin (age 38) sits in a wheel chair in his house. Gabdullin’s parents lived in Kurmanova on the Techa River before the accident. They were evacuated before Gabdullin was born. His mother died at 30, his father is also ill. Gabdullin uses a wheelchair and suffers pain constantly. Radik has to pay for his own medical check-ups. Despite his handicap he finished school.
