With a rubber boat Greenpeace volunteers will visit several beaches to inform the visitors of these beaches about the threats of the North Sea. Even though from the beach the sea looks rough and never ending, commercial fishing, pollution, and sand extraction have destroyed a great part of the marine environment. Greenpeace therefore wants Marine Reserves to be established where harmful activities will be prohibited. Greenpeace vessel the 'Argus' brings beach visitors information on Marine Reserves.
