A Tibetan mountain guides displays a banner at Mount Everest which reads 'Protect our Water Source, Stop Global Warming' The banner is displayed by a glacier melt along the path of the Middle Rongbuk Glacier which the Greenpeace team are here to investigate. The Rongbuk Glaciers are one of the prime sources of water feeding into the major rivers of China and India. Glaciers in the Himalaya are receding faster than in any other part of the world as a result of global warming.
