After the denunciation of Greenpeace by the clearings in the Cuchuy farm, the Salta government ordered Alejandro Braun Peña to stop the bulldozers.
The Ministry of Environment of the Nation established the illegality of the permits to dismantle in areas preserved by the Forest Law.

Almost 150 thousand hectares, are again protected.
