Greenpeace France volunteers and Greenpeace France Executive Director Jean-François Julliard, went to the office of the French Minister of Transport, Jean-Baptiste Djebbari, after having painted an airplane green.
They wanted to offer, ironically, a present to Jean-Baptiste Djebbari : a greenwashing kit for the minister which includes a roller and a can of green paint, a picture of the green plane, a painter's suit with an inscription "greenwashing in progress".
Greenpeace France denounces French government greenwashing and the illusion that an hypothetical green plane is the solution to minimize the carbon impact of the sector.
