Surachai Trong-ngam, General Secretary of EnLaw, Alliya Moun-Ob, Energy Transition Coordinator of Greenpeace Thailand, and activists dressed as air pollution mascots, submitted a demanding letter to the Ministry of Industry, urging the Ministry to establish Pollutant Release and Transfer Register or PRTR system in order to urgently solve PM2.5 and air pollution problem.
Panuwat Triyangkulsri, Deputy Director General, Department of Industrial Promotion received the groups’ demands.
