Greenpeace activists demonstrate against the weak climate policy of large parts of the Grand Coalition at the lignite-fired power plant Neurath in North Rhine-Westphalia before dawn. They will project the portraits of 31 SPD and CDU/CSU politicians and the slogan "We prevented climate protection" onto a cooling tower of the power plant. Under this title, Greenpeace is publishing an analysis today that shows how politicians of the CDU/CSU have watered down and blocked climate protection in Germany in recent years.
