The "Plus Jamais ça" Collective Reveals Breakthrough Plan in Nantes
Jean-François Julliard (Greenpeace France), alongside Cécile Duflot (Oxfam), Aurélie Trouvé (Attac), Philippe Martinez (CGT), Nicolas Girod (Confédération paysanne), Khaled Gaiji (Friends of the Earth), Simon Duteil (Solidaires union), Benoit Teste (FSU), Marie Buisson (CGT) for the "Plus jamais ça" collective.
At the Summer University of Social Movements, which brings together some 400 organisations and 2,000 activists in Nantes, a "breakthrough plan" of thirty-six measures for a livable and peaceful future world, to influence the public debate with a view to the 2022 presidential election, was unveiled by the "Plus Jamais ça" collective. For each proposal, their ecological, social and democratic impacts are measured. Created in 2020, at the time of the health crisis, by eight national, trade union and association structures, the movement today federates some thirty organisations, including Greenpeace.
