Turkish tuna purse seiners in operation off the coast of Cyprus. Greenpeace is calling on the countries of the Mediterranean to protect bluefin tuna with marine reserves in their breeding and feeding areas. Greenpeace is in the Mediterranean sea as part of the Defending Our Oceans tour 2006, to document tuna farming and to campaign for the establishment of marine reserves.
