A school of tuna swims inside a fish aggregating device-free, or FAD-free, purse seine net belonging to Frabelle Fishing Corporation of the Philippines, Papua New Guinean waters. Frabelle has committed to shifting part of their operations to the more sustainable 'free school', or 'FAD-free' fishing. Greenpeace is in the Western and Central Pacific ocean on the 'Defending Our Pacific' expedition to campaign for the establishment of a network of marine reserves and an end to overfishing.
