The Greenpeace ship Arctic Sunrise lies in wait near the port of Rotterdam in the North Sea. Crew members display a banner on the side of the ship reading "Save the Arctic".
The planned protest against the second Russian oil shipment is the first use of the Arctic Sunrise after she has been on the chain for about nine months in the Russian port of Murmansk following a peaceful protest against Arctic oil drilling on September 18th 2013.
