Mae Moh villager Khun Chanikandar Naktap, 48, walks through a field of pineapples which she claims has been damaged by the effects of acid rain caused by emissions from the nearby Mae Moh power plant , Mae Moh, Lampang province Thailand. Greenpeace and villagers in the district have serious complaints about the plant insisting that it causes respiratory problems and acid rain is damaging the surrounding agriculture.
