Operation Exodus Rongelap. The island of Rongelap was used for USA nuclear tests from 1946-1958 and was hit by nuclear fallout. Many adults and children suffer from diseases related to the nuclear tests. Crew of the Rainbow Warrior take adults, children and 100 tonnes of belongings onboard and ferries to the island of Mejato, 14 hrs sailing from Rongelap.
