A group of activists hung off the St John's bridge in Portland, Oregon, to stop Shell's ice breaker, Fennica, from reaching the Arctic. They blocked the ice breaker for 40 hours. Other people gathered to cheer the protesters on and show support. There is a growing movement saying ShellNo and no to Arctic drilling.
