Protest for Climate Neutrality in Poland
Dozens of people gathered for a spontaneous demonstration in front of the Polish Embassy in Prague to demonstrate against Poland's unwillingness to join the European climate protection agreement negotiated the night before. The heads of all other states agreed to achieve climate neutrality in the EU by 2050. The only exception is Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, who again did not sign a common goal and negotiated a de facto exception for Poland. The demonstrators protested against this with banners saying “Future = Carbon Neutrality”. Nobody from the embassy met with the protesters, although they were ringing the bell multiple times.
