People march against police violence in an action organized by a wide and diverse group of about 50 organizations including the American Civil Liberties Union, The National Action Network, the National Urban League, the League of United Latin American Citizens, the National LGBTQ Task Force and the United Federation of Teachers. Thousands of people including community and faith leaders, advocates, activists, and those who are insisting on racial justice and policing and criminal justice reform joined the Justice for All March with the families of the late Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin, Tamir Rice and Akai Gurley.
