12 activists from the Break Free Coalition, consisting of Greenpeace, WALHI and JATAM, occupy the piling barges which operate in East Roban waters, Batang Regency, Central Java. The activists unfurl a big banner that calls for the termination of the construction of the coal fired power plant. A flotilla with local fishermen boats join the action.
