Greenpeace activists protest for fast climate protection and coal phase-out on the River Rhine. Environmental activists in inflatables lay a message across the barge KVB Aquality that transports imported coal from the harbour of Rotterdam to German coal-fired power plants. The message reads: "Merkel's dirty secret: coal!". The protest takes place directly in front of the venue of the COP23, during German chancellor Angela Merkel's speech on climate protection.
