On November 14th 2017 Greenpeace and co-plaintive Nature and Youth meet the Norwegian government in court, putting Arctic Oil on trial.
The plaintiffs have been arguing that drilling for new oil violates the the Norwegian Constitution and contravenes the Paris Agreement. Winning the case could set a precedent for future climate cases around the world.
