A leopard seal sits on a frozen ice sheet as the Greenpeace ship MY Esperanza passes by. The ship is on-route towards Antarctica through the icy reaches of the Southern Ocean. This is the end of the 14 month Defending Our Oceans expedition and this leg is focused on protecting whales from Japanese whaling fleets.
