Greenpeace block of ICI Hillhouse outflow pipe which is legally allowed to discharge toxic chemicals, including mercury and organochlorines, into the River Wyre, Fleetwood, north-west England. This action, together with the blocking of another ICI pipe at Billingham, marks the end of Greenpeace's 5 week 'No Legal Pollution' tour of the UK. 16 September 1992.
