Humboldt Glacier in Greenland
An aerial view of the north-most section of the the 110 kilometer-long calving front of Humboldt glacier, the widest glacier in the northern hemisphere. The photograph shows debris shortly after a 'calving event', bergs and other ice debris can be seen floating in the water which have been released by the explosive nature of the calving.
