A Greenpeace activist holds a banner reading "Coal Kills" after climbing on top of the Infrastructure Ministry building in Jerusalem, Israel to hang a larger banner with the same message. Greenpeac is calling upon the Infrastructure Minister, Binyamin (Fuad) Ben-Eliezer to object to the building of a coal power station in the city of Ashkelon.
