Sampling Waste Water in Mexico
Greenpeace campaigners sample water from a discharge pipe in Mexico to investigate the level of toxic chemicals discharged from the Lavamex company. Greenpeace found that the industrial wastewater dumped by Lavamex - one of Mexico's largest textile manufacturing facilities - contained toxic and hazardous chemicals. Lavamex supplies clothing to big fashion brands, such as Levi's.
