The peace sign with a mural on the wall of a house in several German cities was created as a joint street art project by Greenpeace and artists on the occasion of the commemoration days for Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This is the 75th anniversary of the atomic bombs dropped on the two cities, which killed more than 200,000 people in 1945.
